Within a period of 30 days following the delivery of the products, the client can request the refund of the purchase.

The refund does not include the shipping fees. In case we made a mistake (sending the wrong size or wrong item), the shipping fees are held by the company.

The return are always carried out by DHL. The client can still send back his article via his own transporter. In that case the return of the product is the responsibility of the client who has to take on all the risks inherent to the transport. 

The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed.
